Modular Flat Pack Design
The flat-pack tiny container house adopts a modular flat pack design. The thickness of a single house after folding is only 25 cm, which is about 70% smaller than the traditional container transportation volume.
High-strength Composite Structure
The main frame of the house is made of Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel with a yield strength of 355MPa. It can withstand a wind pressure of 1.2 kN/m2 and a wind resistance level of 12. The wall is made of polyurethane sandwich panels, the outer layer is 0.5mm thick aluminum-zinc steel plate, the aluminum-zinc coating is 150 grams/m2, the inner layer is 12mm thick fireproof gypsum board, and the middle is filled with 40kg/m³ density polyurethane foam. The overall compressive strength of the board is 0.25MPa, which can resist common external force impact.

The patented lock-type connection system makes the house installation without welding. Only 4 people are needed with conventional wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools to complete a single set of assembly within 6 hours.
