High-strength Modular Steel Structure
The 8.5 m space capsule house uses Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel to build the main frame, with a yield strength of 355MPa, which is 40% higher than that of ordinary building steel. The frame adopts modular welding technology, and 8mm thick steel plates are used to reinforce the nodes to form a honeycomb mechanical structure that can withstand a 12-level typhoon and an 8-level earthquake.
Composite Thermal Insulation Wall
The wall adopts a 5-layer composite structure, with the outer layer being a 2 mm thick aluminum-zinc steel plate, and the middle layer being filled with a 100 mm thick polyurethane insulation material, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.024W/(m・K), and a 60% improvement in thermal insulation performance over traditional color steel plates. The inner layer is equipped with fireproof gypsum board, with a fireproof rating of A1, and can withstand a high temperature of 1000℃ for 1 hour without burning.
