High-strength Integrated Cabin Structure
The 11.5 m space capsule uses a titanium alloy frame and aerospace-grade carbon fiber composite materials, which are integrally formed through a vacuum infusion process. The overall tensile strength of the cabin reaches 1800MPa, which is 40% higher than that of traditional metal splicing structures. The frame nodes adopt a mortise and tenon nesting design, fastened with high-strength bolts, which can withstand 12-level strong winds and 10 tons of lateral pressure to ensure structural stability in extreme environments.
Thermal Insulation
The outer layer of the cabin is covered with 5mm thick polyimide aerogel felt, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.012W/(m・K), and the inner layer is a 10cm thick polyurethane foam insulation layer. The double structure reduces the thermal conduction efficiency of the cabin by 75%. The cabin joints are combined with silicone rubber sealing strips and pressure strips to form a complete thermal insulation barrier, achieving precise control of cabin temperature fluctuations of ±2℃.
Fully Sealed Waterproof Design
The surface of the cabin is treated with fluorocarbon spraying to form a 0.3mm dense protective layer, and the water resistance reaches the IP68 standard. The doors and windows use double-layer hollow tempered glass, with EPDM rubber sealing strips and hidden drainage groove design, which can withstand 24 hours of continuous heavy rain and effectively prevent water seepage.
