High Strength
The 20 ft apple cabin uses Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel to build the frame, with a yield strength of 355 MPa, which is about 40% higher than ordinary steel. The frame is formed into modular units through precise welding technology. A single node can withstand 8 tons of vertical pressure, and the overall structure has a wind resistance level of 12.
Thermal Insulation Composite Wall
The wall adopts a "polyurethane sandwich panel + galvanized steel plate" composite structure. The thickness of the polyurethane insulation layer is 100 mm, and the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.024W/(m・K). The thermal insulation performance is 20% better than similar products on the market.
Convenient And Fast Installation Design
The cabin adopts a prefabricated production mode. All components are processed and assembled in the factory. Only 4-6 workers are required for on-site installation, and the construction can be completed within 1 day.
