An expandable container house - many buyers call it a dual-wing expandable container - looks like a standard shipping container on the road. Both side wings stay folded during transport, so the unit is loaded onto the truck and lifted onto the vessel as one container. On site, the wings expand to both sides and the unit becomes a structurally complete, immediately habitable room.
The main structure is a hot-dip galvanized light-gauge steel frame; the walls are insulated composite panels (EPS insulation). Roof, floor and electrical systems are fully pre-installed in our factory, and every unit leaves the plant folded and packed. Nothing is assembled on your site - the house is manufactured in the factory and simply opened at your location.
